Horrible service. Hey Felicia...if you were in the drive through at 1050am on Dec 1, 2022, your custom service needs work. Your... tone is unfriendly and sarcastic. When called out on it, you got even more irrate. If you don't like your job, find a new one.Otherwise, do the right thing and be friendly and welcoming to customers from the get-go. You'll get better results. This is whyChick-fil-A continually gets business....never had an issue with customer service. McDonald's needs to take note. Train yourstaff better and hold them accountable when they don't measure up. Needless to say, I left without spending my money here. Idon't think reviews of fast food establishments get much thought. People pretty much stop at whatever is close to get unhealthy,fast food when they're on the go. However, I hope your GM or RM sees this review and corrects the customer service here. It'sreally unacceptable....but is getting more and more acceptable the more crazy this world gets. Not happy with the food I got. Apple fritter was hard and cinnamon roll was messy and didn't receive a fork to eat with.
I had to wait for almost 30mins for my order and I was not told when I ordered that there would be a wait for the items. I was... told to pull up and wait after I already paid. Had I known there would have been a half hour wait for the items ahead of time Iwouldn't have ordered from that particular McDonald's. I will not be back, because this is not the first time this McDonald'shas had issues. Read more

I order a Filet O Fish, 6 pcs nugget, and a small fry. The Filet O Fish had no cheese and they used double cheese burger buns.... The 6pc nugget came with FOUR NUGGETS and 3 sauces. I guess that makes sense. As a cherry on top, the fries had zero salt. Thisused to be the good McDonalds. Read more
