What a joke everything was wrong and the donuts were stale
I had such a wonderful experience that I had to share it. I ordered some bagels, donuts, box of joe & box of hot chocolate for... my coworkers for next morning pick up. The window staff was so friendly & courteous when ordering; and at the morning of pickup, the girl (who's name I unfortunately didn't catch) was so genuinely nice. She offered to help me carry my order to myvehicle & it was just such a nice gesture. Great customer service, going that extra mile. Not to mentioned Dunkin Donutsreally 'hooked us up' on cream cheese, extra sugars, etc--I was pleasantly surprised when my coworkers opened the bags ofbagels.... It always great when I go there. Staff very friendly an 99% of the time my drink comes out awesome
I asked for a TOASTED BAGEL I got a heated bagel with the butter slapped on there slightly melted. The bagel tasted like it sat... out IT WAS HARD NOT TOASTED(days old) ugh!!The jelly packs were dirty and nasty on the outside. Looked like dried upketchup..Dont know if they didn't wanna be there today or what but don't take it out on the customers. They still deserve gooddescent service...... I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR REAL.
