I have tried Pat's pizza 3 times. First time was on the bar side. Waited 15-20 minutes to be waited on. Then after 35 minutes I... noticed customers who had arrived after us were getting their food. When I asked where our food was she said "are you in ahurry??!! She said she'd go look for it..brought back stone cold food..very bad waitress and inexperience cook in kitchen.Next two times the service was slow..hamburger was not cooked. Fries are not fresh. Must be frozen. Service is always veryslow. The restaurant side is very dirty. Seats are all torn. Very cold. Very poor management. Will not try it again! Read more
Horrible experience. We were the only ones at Pat?s Pizza in the entire place. We ordered fries as an appetizer and each one of... us got a hot sub. We got there at about 12:20 and it took roughly 30-45 minutes to get the fries and then another 15-20 minutesto get our subs. Top it off with the fact that the sub my wife ordered was brought to us and was completely wrong, it isprobably needless to say that we had a horrible experience, I would not recommend Pat?s to anyone I know due to our experience,and as stated in the reviews by several propls that wait was absolutely unacceptable and then my wife?s sub was wrong. I love Pats but today completely changed my mind. The service today was terrible we stood for 20 minutes with not so much as a... hello, my party finally decided to sit and after standing next to my table for another 10 minutes we were finally acknowledgedwith another 5 minute wait before our order was taken for drinks and apps which came quickly and was delicious we order a wrapand a salad for a meal and waited 35 or more minutes when I got my food my fries were cold and so hard I could not even chewthem but we did not see the waitress again until our meals were finished at which point the fries were replaced. It has beenanother 20 minutes and I am still waiting to pay and I am the only one here is not a reasonable response for completely ignoringthe back section we are paying customers as well and deserve the same attention as the bar. Good thing Pats is in many localsbecause I will be avoiding this location from now on 60 dollars is a lot of money in these times to be ignored and treated likeyour not there!!!!!! Amber C. Food is always good but today worst service ever still sitting at table been 45 minutes since she ask d me if I wanted check .... I'm about to get up and leave . 9/16/2022 at 1:00 in the afternoon. Very low quality. They say large but their mediums anywhere else. High priced for such a low-quality product and the wait time... is ridiculous. When called about the order being wrong they just said we don't deal with slice, which is their online ordering. Not impressed will go elsewhere. Read more
Tasty pizza! Short staffed, but very friendly! Only grip was that we tried to go the day before to find they closed early.
