Zaxby's is always a hit for me & the family & this location is convenient, they are busy but very friendly & the food orders are... right! Their salads are always fresh & my favorite is the Cobb salad with grilled or fried, both are delicious. Not muchattention is pain to the dinning area & I believe this is due to their business. Absolutely the worst service I have experienced. I sat in like for well over 30 minutes waiting for my drink and food. The... whole time they make my drink but never give it to me and anytime I look through the window they are on their phones andlaughing with each other. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are low staff. But they wouldn't even cometo the window when I tried to ask what's taking so long. Sat in line for about a good 35 min JUST NOW w/ a line out to the street. Love the food but sitting by the intercom with no... explanation or interaction is unprofessional. The hrs have changed as well. Lost about 6 cars in line - that's money gone. Read more

I?ve been here a few times. Customer service is usually good. Food is tasty. It?s a fast food chain and it meets a lot of the... good stuff we want. I will say, during lunch hours they get very busy and you might be waiting a little longer than expected.Most of the time the line will move quickly. But others it may move very slow. We stayed at a hotel nearby and walked to check this spot out. When we walked in there was a crowd waiting for food. We decided... to explore other options. Then we ended up coming back and the same crowd was still there. We asked how long they'd been waitingfor their food and they said "over an hour." We left and got a burger at the tavern across the street instead. Much faster. Read more

Waited half an hour and still not at the order box. with 4 cars ahead of us, being patient has truly been a test. One car even... left! In total it took an hour in line, to order and to get our food. This location had some good employees that's are kind ( specifically Jon in drive thu .. he's so kind) but majority of them... need an attitude adjustment. A month or so ago they messed up my salad, I didn't notice until I got back to work. I called upthere and explained what happened and the manager insinuated I was lying over a 10 dollar salad. Today's experience wasdisheartening as well, they failed to toss a salad so i simply went in to ask for sauce and a container. The guy in the kitchenput the sauce up and I asked for an empty container and the older lady running the window pushed him off, ignored my request andcontinued to swear up and down under her halfway put up mask. EXTREMELY SLOW Zaxby?s. POOR MANAGEMENT AND FRANCHISE! They have SEVERAL people working inside each time I go. But the workers... are inside having conversations with each other with their arms folded and ignoring the orders. Each time I?ve gone to thislocation, it has taken approx. 45min-1hr to get through the line and receive my food. When I received my ordered I had approx 10fries and they were BURNT. No sauce either! They do not care for the patrons or their time. AVOID THIS LOCATION! FIND ANOTHERLOCATION! Everyone, please contact Corporate with your experiences here! I certainly did!
