This place is the worst! They charge you and then act like their system is down so when it goes back up they can charge you... again. I plan on suing the manager and owner cause it?s ridiculous! How do you tell me to call my bank and the bank states onspeaker that you all charge me but you insist that you didn?t and still won?t give me the food or my money back like that makesno sense to me at all. What the manager didn?t think would happen would be that they said they did in fact charge me! He thoughtthey were about to get another $100+ out of me! The manager claims they can void it then charge my card again like no sir! Ifyou just said I didn?t pay what order are you voiding?! The police were called and a suing claim has been made. 2 stars for customer service That little slender girl with glasses and extra long nails gonna send this restaurant to a early... grave! Throwing items on the counter and in front of management and getting away with it Triple no no!!! The pretty light skinone is absolutely amazing. Love her attitude. Manager no issues but that lil girl needs to go I eat here once a week for mychicken cravings she just killed that with her "Attitude" ugh! Read more

I ordered honey lemon pepper and I didn't taste a hint of either. They were also very & the fries are not good.

So I attempted to purchase a 8 wing combo and an impossible burger which I have had before and it was amazing, this time the... cook blackened my burger bun as it was hard to the touch, I didn?t even ask that he re cook my food I simply asked for a new topbun in which the owner refused to give me a new top bun, I understand he was the only cook this day but when another workertried to switch the top bun (due to him being so busy that he?s burning the customers food) the owner wouldn?t allow the workerto switch my bun either. I have spent a lot of money at this restaurant only to be treated like this, so I will NO LONGER SPENDMY MONEY AT THIS WNB FACTORY RESTURANT OFF FAIRBURN RD DOUGLASVILLE? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And yes I asked for arefund!!! Thank you to the two young ladies who gave me excellent customer service. My husband and I will NEVER spend our money here again! We ordered 2 burgers last night and spent $30! When my husband got home... I saw my food was totally wrong! He checked the food before he left but the burgers were wrapped up and I don?t want anyonedigging in my food!!! We called them 50 times and nobody answered and their voicemail was full. After we went BACK up there theywere closed already! We called back this morning to let them know we received the wrong food and they said there is nothing theycan do because we don?t have the food! Well I ATE IT or I wouldn?t have had anything for dinner at all because we couldn?t getin touch with these people and it was disgusting & dry I may add! They did not even offer an apology and we have spent a goodamount of money at this place! This was a hidden gem. Leaving Atlanta and stopped to eat, my family found this place. The service was friendly and very... helpful. We ordered a burger, wings, and a chicken philly, all with fries. Very filling and had tons left over. We will findthis place again when we return to Georgia. Read more
