1st they are so rude! I waited 15 minutes for a well done burger and it was still COLD -the fact I haven't ate all day 2nd I... went back into drive thru all they kept asking me to do is move up because they are on a timer ? Fast and friendly service!!! Food was fresh, tasted great AND the burger looked just like the one on the menu. I haven?t seen... that for awhile in a fast food restaurant. I ordered the Dave Single Meal and it seemed as if Dave was in the kitchen himself. Good Job!!! Read more

The line wasn?t long. The lady at the counter was courteous. There was a bit of a delay on the food. But nothing unbearable.... Some of my fries were slightly burnt. The burger was good. I ordered a Dave-double. The lemonade was good. A bit sweet for mytaste. But, it had the right flavors. They were missing ketchup cups. Overall I give it 4 stars. Read more
Food and service was on point.the only complaint was the was a African lady and boy friend.she apparently knew the shift mgr... and wanted free food and she was loud and talking to all the staff.a d then just leaned on the counter a d peole were trying toget their food and had to step to tje side of this lady.food was good. But giving service like this and the employees wasjust like nothing was wrong. I didn't like the way it was handled and or the way they just acted like they were royalty.as apaying customer I felt like it was disappointing and not valued as a paying customer.this was my 1 st and will be my last .Iwill take my business elsewere. Very unprofessional!! This was the worst I have seen in a very long time. The staff upon going in, did not acknowledge the 2... ppl that were ahead of me, the 1st guy left after several minutes of waiting. I was very hungry (pregnant mommy wanted Wendy?s)so I continued to wait. Finally our orders were taken only for us to witness the staff dancing to music playing in the back,speaking loudly and also using profanity to One Another. My food was fresh and my order was made accurately. There was a bit of a wait due to the inside being closed. This has been a... trend with a lot of fast food restaurants which hopefully will change soon. I ordered using the mobile app, The person at thedrive thru speaker acknowledged the order and told us to drive around to the window. However, when we got to the window, theemployee acted as if she had no idea what I was referencing. I'm not sure how that happened. Overall though it was a goodexperience. Read more
