When I went there, there were at least 5 open booths but they all was dirty with 4 employees besides the cook there including a... manager. The sausage was flat and very hard and dry. This was not normal because I had eaten here before. Totally differentexperience. Read more
Why is this waffle house ALWAYS only doing togo orders at night? You have staff just sitting around playing on their phones... doing nothing. I just wanted to sit down and eat something after a long day of work. Waffle house, stop paying people to donothing. If you dont want the business just close the location. There is literally another one 2 miles down the street. I'lljust go somewhere else where I know that I can just sit and eat in peace. Read more
The employees were nice and the food was good but the waitress I had was awful. I had to ask her 2-3 times for different things.... I asked for a to go coffee. I never got it and walked out. She was terrible. Never coming here again. Read more
We got up late today and decided to go to Waffle House for our first meal of the day. I ordered a waffle with mini chocolate &... peanut butter morsels!! The service was fantastic....kudos to our waitress Lisa! ???? this is the largest Waffle House I've everbeen in. It was nice to sit inside and enjoy our food. Keep up the good work Read more
Love paying $25 for 2 Allstars meals being charged for a chocolate chip waffle to get no chocolate chips, get charged for cheese... on hashbrowns to not get cheese, cashier had an attitude that my fiance came in to place a Togo order and the cook kept gripingstating he was tired of being in a "hick town" really was going to return to get money back especially the tip he should nothave left. Called to let them know and no one answered the phone. Really may want to consider who you leave to run the store atnight. It was empty and I can see why this is like the 4th horrible experience, and last straw we won't be returning to thislocation. While visiting a Douglasville church, we chose to have lunch at this Waffle House. It was extremely busy when we arrived, but... we were lucky enough to get seated at the bar. Even though it was extremely busy, the staff were very efficient. We had placedour order within minutes of being seated. Our orders were prepared correctly and brought to us within 8 minutes. They lived upto their motto, "Good Food Fast". Read more
Every time I come in the staff is always friendly and talkative. They make you feel welcome and at home. Cook the orders great... everytime. Nice to come into an establishment and have conversation in a world where it's hard to get people to interactpublicly anymore. Great place. Read more
