I?ve come here three different times ordering the same thing, and it?s been wrong. I mentioned that since there was a change in... cooks I?ve had issues and I was told they?re short-staffed. I completely understand and am patient to be accommodating. But eachtime my food has been wrong, there is at MOST one or two other customers in the store and no phone orders being worked on. Itdoesn?t make sense to consistently have my order wrong. When I mention the issue, I get a very nonchalant & flippant responsefrom the server and that only makes the situation more frustrating. I never had issues at this location before the last fewmonths. I hope the staff works on better communication. Read more
I can start by saying that the restroom was clean. The waitress that we had was not professional at all. She forgot everything... on multiple times of me reminding her of our orders. I received the incorrect order and several apologies but the damage wasdone when we 1st arrived and it took over 20 minutes for the waitress to come to our table?. If I could give this place NO STARS I most definitely would! This has been the THIRD TIME I?ve come to this particular Waffle... House and NO ONE is there! No cook, no servers? nothing but some guy (see pic) saying they will be back soon. This is the WORSTWAFFLE HOUSE EVER! Waffle House, please fire the manager? the ENTIRE store was empty! I stood there for about 15 minutes andthere was NO ONE EMPLOYED with Waffle House there! This is ridiculous!
