Chill, Dope spot to vibe. DJ matched the energy of the crowd, Server was so sweet and Special S/O to our "Hooka Guy" He took... great care of us! Very welcoming and continued to check on us throughout the night. He ensured the atmosphere was fun. Read more

Attended my cousins birthday party last night. I enjoyed the band (my cousin didn't ...lol) & the DJ was great. The wings were... good & they were all hot when they came out as we had a large order. Our waitress (Garcelle) was AWESOME! She helped me set upfor the party & was very attentive to our needs. She constantly checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We never had tolook for her. That's what I call good customer service. I will go back! Read more

What a GREAT experience. Went with friends just seeking out a new dining experience. The food was amazing! Fresh, seasoned to... perfection. Our waitress Kahana needs to train all wait staff. She was on point!!! The best waitress we have had and we go outall the time! Titos is a hidden gem in Douglasville. Read more

Please stay away from this place! Take it from me. The customer service sucked! Automatic 18% gratuity. I had a horrible... experience I went there with my sister daughter and two friends on a Saturday we sat there for at least 25 minutes with noservice I finally asked a person walking by if I needed to go to the bar and order the food or drinks and she said oh no let mefind someone to help you. Eventually a Person came up to help us she was very annoyed. We ordered food and before we could orderdrinks she was gone. She asked us to pay the check before the food arrived our food taste terrible. I went to the bar to getdrinks. My receipt has najzaya listed as the cashier. I?m not sure if that was the rude waitress. Read more

Came in on a Saturday around 5. It wasn?t busy. The service was the WORST! We sat for 15 minutes before going to the bar to get... service. It took another 10 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. She took food orders and no drink orders. She made usPAY before getting our food because her shift was almost over. When the food finally came, it was terrible! We asked thewaitress for waters. Never got it. We eventually had to ask the bartender for cups of water. I will never come back and I willgo out of my way to tell people not to go. Read more

We came here for Mother's Day and I really enjoyed myself. PROS: 1) The bathroom was clean! 2)The scene itself is a whole vibe.... There is a small outdoor patio. 3) Food ... the food was so yummy! We had the Fish of the Day sandwich (2 filets served with 2slices of white bread) with seasoned Fries, Lemon Pepper wings (only given drums, no flats ??????) with Mac and cheese. 4)Drinks ... these drinks were hittin!!!! The Georgia Bulldog is a new favorite. CONS: 1) Appetizer ... we ordered the SouthwestEggroll, HOWEVER we were NOT served a Southwest Eggroll. I'll give a point for serving an eggroll, my guess is it was with pork.(I don't eat pork due to health reasons) 2) Gratuity ... there is an 18% automatic gratuity added to the check no matter what ispurchased. Now I've seen that when it's a party over 6 people or more, NOT when you are solo or party of 2 people. This alonewould be the reason I would NOT RETURN. 3) Server/Waiter ... there was only 1 person servicing the inside AND outside. If youcan go to the bar and order your own drink before the Server comes around, that's to long. (And yes the gratuity was then too). Read more
