This place was amazing! The food was fresh and very tasty. I usually don't eat all on my plate but I did this day and ordered... a turkey burger to go! What I also like about this place is they have display of items for sale for entrepreneurs to sell theiritems. I brought a few items just to support. I the atmosphere is warm and makes you just want to stay all day! This hasofficially become one of my favorite place to dine! I gave them a 5 STAR but google only posted a 4.5 star not sure why! My hubby and I went to this establishment because it came up as a VEGAN restaurant on Google, but it is NOT a vegan restaurant.... They have vegan options, but the majority of their menu contains meat or animal products. We both got the Impossible burgercombo with vegan cheese. They were very good, just way too much salt on my fries for my liking. The atmosphere is nice, restaurant very clean, employees very friendly. I gave them a 3-star rating for misrepresentation online as a VEGAN restaurantand the wait time for our food (over 30 minutes for 2 burgers and fries and there were only 6 other customers there total, whohad already ordered ahead of us and had their food already). I had to actually go up to the counter and ask why it was taking solong for our food. The young man that was working the register was in the kitchen talking with the staff, but our food wassitting out on the counter already, which I brought to his attention. Usually, they bring the food to your table for you, but Icarried our plates to our table, because he handed them to me at the counter. No biggy. We were just glad to finally have ourfood. Even though this establishment is nice, it would be MUCH better, if they worked on their food prep speed. **Reply torestaurant's reply... It is understood that you make the food to order and it may make the food taste better, but it doesn'ttake OVER 30 minutes to prepare an already prepared Impossible burger patty and fries, no matter how you say it. It's not likeit was a "specialty" dish with multiple ingredients that had to be prepared/chopped/ground up/mixed together/etc. It wasliterally 2 pre-prepared Impossible burgers and fries. With tomato, lettuce and pickle on a bun. That excuse may fly with moredetailed recipes that have many components to it, but not with a burger and fries.... Read more

There is a hidden jewel across from the train tracks in Douglasville, Georgia called The Vine Cafe & Market. When you enter the... storefront restaurant an electic, artistic vibe with an urban feel welcomes you. To your right is hand-crafted artisan jewelry. A little further down paintings from contemporary artists line the wall. Further down still, homemade cosmetics which bringsyou to cooler with fresh squeezed lemonades and now you are at the counter where you can order tasty meals made from locallysourced ingredients. Food for soul. Raging cajun bowl, chicken & waffles, or maybe something vegan. They have something foryou. Giving this restaurant your patronage benefits the community's farmers and artists. It's a win-win with a yummy twist. So stop on by. Read more

The Vine was a nice vintage yet chic place. I wasn't able to try the wine but the quinoa bowl was delicious. We added grilled... chicken to the bowls which added additional flavor. This place got 4 stars because they are kinda slow, waited about 30 minutesbefore we got our food and it wasn't anyone in there. Other than that the food is a great place for a healthy option. I loved my mid day experience at the Vine this week. I happened to walk in on their 5th year anniversary celebration. There was... an awesome jazz player. The food is always delicious and the environment welcoming and family oriented. Definitely a hidden gemin the Douglasville area. Read more
