Ordered three meals, 2 sides of hushpuppies and 1 side of slaw. One of the seafood combos had spicy sausage. The cole slaw... smelled horrible and customer service was terrible. I ordered online and never received a confirmation email. I was accused ofinsinuating that I lied about not receiving the email. When I arrived my order was ready for almost an hour. I was told thephone lines were down due to storm. Naturally I asked a fresh order of hushppuppies because the ones in the bag were cold. Thisis the second time I have ordered at this location online and the order was incorrect upon picking it up. Food is not that greatall so there isn't a need or desire to eat there again. Read more
I wish I didn't have to give this place any stars! My first and only experience with this or any other Juicy Crab was an... absolute nightmare and a text book example of how to give horrible customer service totally disregard customers time. I placedan online order to be picked up at 9:06 pm I arrived 2 minutes early and figured I would have to wait. I didn't expect to wait40 minutes. There were at least five employees working in the front doing things like cleaning). The was a family of about 8that were already eating and a group of 3 that hadn't received their food yet so the understaffed nor too busy can't explain thehorrible service. I was only checked on twice, the first time the same person who "helped" me initially just stated "I don'tknow what's going on with your food" the second younger lady stated "you haven't gotten your food yet? Let me see what's goingon. I'm so sorry". She came back and told me the cook said another 8 minutes. She noticed that I was visibly unhappy and againapologized. Finally, after waiting another 10 minutes a different woman handed me my food and apologized and started to walkoff. I told her I hadn't paid so she wrung up. I guess she was a manager because she said that she didn't understand why I wasnot helped properly and "they" (the other staff I assume) didn't know what they were doing. I expressed to her that at the veryleast a manager should have come over and offered to speak with me and take ownership of an unsatisfied customer. PLEASE. Donot waist your time. I read some of the reviews before going but, I decided to give them a chance because I hadn't eaten therebefore. I will never go to this place again and I will recommend that anyone I know does not patron this place. I should havegone to Red Lobster. Read more
My family and I love this location. The food is always hot and delicious. Plus service is always amazing. Jenay was our server.... She is such a sweet heart and delivered great customer service. Very knowledgeable ,Definitely an asset to the company. Myfamily will definitely be back soon. Read more
The Juicy Crab delivered hot, fresh, crispy, tender and seasoned catfish! It?s not the standard cornmeal batter you?d expect but... still crispy and delicious with a hint of sweetness. Update 11/2021 ?? My son wanted to go here for his birthday dinner. He ordered fried calamari and I got the lemon pepper wings.... The calamari rings were as large as onion rings. (I guess it grew in steroid infested water.) Omg and it tasted kinda like hardboiled eggs. The lemon pepper wings this time had so much salt it was ridiculous. Never again! Original Review 2020 ?????? MySon would give this 5 stars. He ordered crawfish from here a lot throughout the pandemic. Their lemon pepper wings are BOMB.Crab legs is a lot of work for me. Wasn't my kind of restaurant, I'm not crazy about seafood. I only went for my fiance. Not a fan of the Cajun seasoning and... butter which is all they used for my mild wings. I prefer sauce, over just a bag of butter and seasoning. Next time I go,(fiance loved it), I will get an appetizer or side ..like fries and a good drink because the vibe was good. My virgin beveragewas superb, next time will try something with a kick. Read more
