Our waitress Moon was wonderful. She got our order down to the T and our glasses were never empty. My bf and I walked in during... a birthday song and the staff's energy was great. Wasn't sure about this place. Ordered a bone-in ribeye. It knocked my socks off it was so good. Incredibly tender and juicy... almost tearing apart with my fork. I don't know what the cooks are doing here but they are doing it right. Our server waswonderful and helpful throughout the entire experience. Multiple staff members checked on us. This just added to a greatexperience. Way better than the Texas Roadhouse in Hiram. Makes me want to reevaluate my Google review with them. Read more

Great service and food. Drinks always on point. Way better food then outback or longhorns, come pick out your steak too.
I usually like this place but my to go order tonight was absolutely unacceptable. I only received one of my sides of broccoli,... they gave me a dry potato with no chili and cheese, and no cinnamon butter for the rolls. I will be calling in the morningbecause I can’t believe I actually paid (and tipped) for this mess.We also got a 12oz steak when I ordered 14 oz. The sweet potato was good. Order with the roll butter. And of course the rolls are to die for. I ordered a medium well steak... and it was super pink with a little blood. They took it back to cook more and it was still more pink that I wanteted. It wastough but flavorful. I will not order again. The shrimp was a little salty but good. Sides were good. I ordered an 8oz filet medium rare and it came out burnt to a crisp and beyond well done. Service is practically non-existent,... we have nothing but problems when we come to the Douglasville location. You’re better off driving to Hiram for a decentexperience. Read more
