Management at this location (I think it?s a franchise) must be telling employees to skimp on shake ingredients. Just know that... whatever shake you get will be a vanilla milkshake. With a few chocolate shavings of whatever you asked for. We ended upgrabbing candy bars and reblending the shakes at home. Sad. Read more
Never again will I come and order food from this steak n shake. They don't know their own menu. They fixed my order wrong. I... know that I speak clear English and said a number 6 no bacon. The girl at the window asked if I said number 4. They don't evensound the same. But I looked in my bag and it was the number 4. Wth!! Than when I told them it was wrong they still didn't makeit right. It was supposed to have BBQ sauce and cooked onions. Well no BBQ sauce and raw onions. They are only good for themilkshakes at best. Ordered online, still had to go through the drive thru for order pickup since the doors were locked. When we got to the window... they asked us what our order was instead of having it ready or even knowing it and only handed us the bags. We had to ask forthe milkshakes then get them back to the window to get straws. The cheese fries were sideways in the bag and they left out aorder of fries. The burger was old and cold. Read more
This Steak N Shake isn't well run. Place is dirty, tables aren't wiped, floor is greasy, doors and windows haven't been wiped a... long while, seats are dirty, trash bin surface has a bunch of food left over. Air Conditioner is set too high probably at80-82. It's not for lacking of people though. There are a lot of workers in the back talk and play with their phone. There wasno other people to serve but us when we got there but it took 25 minutes to get our fiood. There were 3 people in the kitchen,1 person to take order, another one goes back and forth to their car, another one talked to someone they know outside. First, the wait in the Drive Thru was long. I waited for about 20 minutes. Second, my fries tasted like they were cooked in... dirty old grease. Third, my milkshake was nasty too much chocolate flavor. Waste of time and money. Read more
Worst fast food facility in Douglasville. Have never had a good experience here. Property is always dirty and understaffed, even... before covid. Employees are incredibly rude and 98% of the time theu will get your order wrong. Do not leave the drive-thruwithout opening everything and checking it. Our most recent visit was our last. An employee was behind my car lightingfirecrackers while I was trying to order at the drive-thru. I asked for a manager multiple times and was told I could call backthe next day. I asked the person to stop setting off the firecrackers because it was scaring my kids and they told me just toplace my order and get on. And of course, they got our order wrong and then yelled at us when we asked them to remake it. Iseriously hate this establishment. And it sucks because I love the franchise. Read more
Their shakes were awful. I don't know how a milkshake can taste BURNT or like some kind of chemical.. I got 2 different flavors... that both tasted that way, then got 2 more different ones, same thing. The young lady in the drive through was very impatient and rude. She kept cutting me off, trying to finish my sentence with... something I never asked for. Then took 25 minutes 3 burgers and 2 shakes. I can see why everyone stopped going here. Hopefullythey will find better management to turn this around. Read more
