New location but with the same great tasting coffees and eats. Though I don't subscribe to the corporation's aggressive liberal... culture, the carmel crunchy Frapaccino is hard to beat. The staff at this location enjoyed my company and I enjoyed theirofferings. I will be back because they want me to come back - and I get thirsty from time to time... I can?t relate to any of the negative reviews for this store. Every time I?ve been service has been quick and super friendly. I... feel it?s important to note that this could be a lot of people?s first jobs or first food service job and kindness and patiencego a long way as this store gets set up and running and it?s not the workers fault of the store is out of something. I'm trying my best to give this place a chance. Super slow service mixed with getting multiple drinks wrong does not make a... recipe for repeat patronage. I drive the Starbucks on Chapel Hill because that Starbucks is even worse. The management at thisnew Starbucks has got to step up! I love Starbucks but why do they never open on time. I have placed my order online and I am here and no one has opened the... store. It is about ten cars waiting we all have paid our money. Super disappointing? wanted to give the new location the benefit of the doubt. I agree with the other reviews in that it seems... that the employees need a lot of training. I?ve gone three times so far and have yet to have a good experience or a properlymade coffee. I?ll stick to the other Starbucks that I?ve frequented for 10+ years down the road for now. Yes the lines are long because they just opened up but I ordered the *Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino* it was delicious... ??????????????. Only issue I have is the person at drive thru window didn?t seem to happy to be working. I kept saying Thank youThank you and she didn?t say welcome back or have a nice day. She said nothing. I gave it a try while someone else in the group went to Five Guys at lunchtime. The burgers and fries were ready long before the... drinks were. No order here as to when your drinks may be made. One drink was ready as expected, the others were 14 minuteslater. No apologies. Lots of miss made orders. Drive thru orders were left for people inside to take.
