New location but with the same great tasting coffees and eats. Though I don't subscribe to the corporation's aggressive liberal... culture, the carmel crunchy Frapaccino is hard to beat. The staff at this location enjoyed my company and I enjoyed theirofferings. I will be back because they want me to come back - and I get thirsty from time to time... I can?t relate to any of the negative reviews for this store. Every time I?ve been service has been quick and super friendly. I... feel it?s important to note that this could be a lot of people?s first jobs or first food service job and kindness and patiencego a long way as this store gets set up and running and it?s not the workers fault of the store is out of something. I'm trying my best to give this place a chance. Super slow service mixed with getting multiple drinks wrong does not make a... recipe for repeat patronage. I drive the Starbucks on Chapel Hill because that Starbucks is even worse. The management at thisnew Starbucks has got to step up! The manager must do better at recruiting, hiring the best applicants and developing the staff. Read more

One drink was ready as expected, the others were 14 minuteslater. No apologies. Lots of miss made orders. Drive thru orders were left for people inside to take.
