Extremely disappointed as this has happened four times. I order breakfast and it comes in the package frozen? Not warmed up at... all. And there?s no way I would?ve asked for it not warm. I come here to get my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino daily. I always go through the drive thru. This particular day my drink... was very bitter and not enjoyable at all. When I informed them of this they asked me to hand them my drink and made me a betterone without question or attitude. I am very appreciative of their professionalism. Good job! Read more

This is my first time visiting this location in West Ga but they were absolutely pleasant and the service was quick and they... also double checked my order which I absolutely love. The line became crowded rather quickly but it moved at a steady pace. Iordered the vanilla bean Frappuccino with whipped cream and it was totally delicious and served with a smile. The indoor line moved pretty fast and my breakfast sandwich was good. The ginger sugar cookie drink was a bit much for me, but I... really just needed a red cup for my spouse. They had a greeter helping people with app order pickup and he was very pleasant. Read more
We had a rep just order us drinks. 2 of the drinks was supposed to be double chocolaty chip creme frappuccino blended beverage ... with coconut milk. What we got had coffee in it and cookie crumble on the top. He ordered this threw the app and even sent me ascreenshot. I called to make a complaint and no one would pick up so this was my next option. As much as your drinks cost itwould be nice if they was correct. We was looking forward to our drinks. Read more
