This was my first visit to sonic since living in Douglasville for 17 years. It was a disappointing experience. The burger that... my wife and I had was the double cheeseburger with everything. The burger was good even though the bun was squished down. Shegot the tots I had the The french fries as I wanted to try them. We ate there and within less than two minutes the french frieswere cold. They were not good. Her tots were much better. We wanted to try the onion rings and the first batch was over cookedand burned. The second order was better as they cooked them fresh but they did not even resemble the photographs showing theironion rings when you are in the sitting area. The onion rings in the advertisements are breaded. These were batter with half theBatter missing. I also asked the lady to make our order a large as I was willing to pay extra. They gave us a large drink butnot a large tater tots or french fries. But then she must not have heard me because she did not charge us the $.80. We will notbe coming back for a while. Read more

I've been coming to this location for many years and always considered them to offer the best onion rings in town. Unfortunately... the quantity and quality has been declining for the last couple of years, and tonight was the last straw. I ordered a smallorder of onion rings for $2.59 and received a bag of 4 badly overcooked onion rings that were inedible. The Sonic doublecheeseburger was OK but, all things considered, I'd rather go to McDonald's and have their cheeseburger and fries. I waited a while for a speaker response, only to be told 'sorry, we're drive through only', and no time to respond or ask a... question. I placed a mobile order. I have a trailer that won't fit through the drive through. I had to press it again and rushahead to tell her I can't fit and already paid for my food. To which she responded 'ok' and immediately disconnected again withno response time. I get being short staffed, but a *little* more attention to assess the situation would have been nice. I waswilling to go up to the patio, but I can't change my stall checkin on the app. My food was ready quickly and everything was inorder. And the lady who was off the clock and still helping was nice. As far as the food, the jalapenos, even though there weretons put on there at my request, had absolutely no heat whatsoever.
