While I didn?t have the pleasure of experiencing Solo Caribbean Food, I did receive exceptional service. It was a Tuesday... afternoon, hours before my flight home and I was on a mission to find some good Oxtails, rice and peas, plantains and a beefpatty. Solo offers those items on the weekends and the young lady in training invited me to return this weekend. She was sosweet. That was much appreciated. I didn?t realize until arrival that Solo Caribbean was a food truck. That explains thelimited weekday offerings. The ?????????? rating is solely provided for the level of service received. Can?t lie their food is soooo gooood!! My favorite curry chicken ????

Solo has THEE BEST Jamaican food around. I always get the oxtail dinner and its always on point! The gravy is just right, not... sweet (which to each his own) and they are definitely not stingy with the portions. You get exactly what you pay for and wontfeel cheated or disappointed. Now i cant speak for all the dishes "YET" but the turkey is off the charts good. Servings are good sized. Serves is good and... super friendly. Dont be in a hurry, everything if freshly prepared and takes time to prepare. The price is on par with what youget. Have been there 2x and everything has been as described. Will continue to return.
