Ordered an eight piece chicken meal at the drive thru. Worst drive thru experience in my life! Paid for the chicken and was... rudely told by the cashier to drive forward and they would bring my chicken to me. 15 minutes went by and someone came out andask me if I was waiting for an eight piece! I said yes and ask what was taking so long. He walked away and said he didn?t know.Now it?s been 20 minutes, so I went in the store to get my money back. Spoke with the manager who appeared to be leaving orgoing on break. Told her that I had waited over 20 minutes for my food and that I wanted my money back. Some guy in the backsaid my eight piece was on it?s way. There appeared to be a lot of chicken already sitting on their racks. ? I told him and themanager three times that I was done and needed my money back. Finally got the money from the manager after another five minuteswent by. To top it off, as I was driving away my wife noticed I didn?t get the right amount of money back. Was one dollar short.But that?s okay. Maybe they can put the extra cash into a education fund to help management learn to count and teach their crewto be respectful. This is not the only time I?ve had bad service at this location, but it will be the last time I go there! Read more
This place has went downhill. It use to be really delicious, now it?s just NASTY! The customer service is awful. They are lazy... and don?t even know the combos on their menu. They constantly ?forget? to give you something that you paid for. My chicken wasdry, greasy and tasted so old like it was made days ago and they just kept it under the warmer. It also had a chemical taste toit. I couldn?t even finish a second bite i had to throw it away. Even my mashed potatoes were terrible! How do you mess thatup!? They "don't accept coupons," they "can't scan reward points," the customer service is deplorable, and the food quality and taste... have gone down hill over the last couple of years. I've said it before, but I honestly feel like this might be my last timevisiting. Popeyes used to be THE best fried chicken and I know that they can be hit or miss. Pleasantly surprised with the courteous service that you seldom see at a drive thru experience. Avoided Popeyes before due to a... terrible experience at two other locations, decided to try this one. Definitely will get my business again. A lot of peopleonly write reviews when they have had a bad experience, not so much on a random good one, simply because good customer serviceis expected. I didn't catch names but gentleman on the intercom was great and the lady at the window (dark chocolate skin,close cut blonde hair) was extremely polite. The food is always good and hot! Probably because they are always packed around the building to hwy 5 but they get u out pretty... quick to be so busy. Great service as long as it's not filled with boisterous teenagers and people shooting. Read more
Took 30 something minutes to get my meal, and it was sitting behind the register the entire time. Ridiculous experience I'll... never visit that location again. Also one of my drums wasn't cooked all the way it was a completely different color. Read more

Ordered online got to the drive through 15 minutes later and still sat for another 20. I went in to check on my order and... mentioned I had been waiting for 20 minutes (35 minutes since ordered) some ignorant remarks were made from the back stafflaughed and giggled about it. Food was decent at-least for what I did receive because of course they forgot a couple of things.The food isn?t the issue the people are trash.
