Sandwich was old, cold and saturated with clumpy mayo. We ordered spicy combo and received regular. Fries were cold and spongy.
Professionalism and common courtesy does not exist at Popeyes at 10:30pm. The two ladies one with bright red braids and the... other with red hair highlights were very rude and unprofessional. I know you work at Popeyes, but appreciate your job and do itright. If you don?t like the job find some where else to work. Telling someone they should charge you for sauce, although youdidn?t have most condiments it?s rude. Learn how to provide customer service. I hope someone from their management team readsthis and address their behavior. Very sad to pay money for a service like this. Read more
Food was good when I finally got it. Ordered by app and was told to wait in drive through line, exactly what I was trying to... avoid by ordering ahead. Went inside to pick up but still waited another 15 min for chicken I ordered 15 min ago. Next time Itried to use the app again the doors were locked tight and they wanted me to wait 12 cars deep through the drive thru for what Iordered ahead. App orders are packed and sit on a cold prep table until the customer shows. I'd have gotten stone cold chickenif I had waited. Only bright spot is corporate refunded my order quickly when I complained on the app (never did get mychicken). Read more

Rude costumer service. They take forever to find your online order and them act like it is your fault. On top of that when they... finally get my order they give me a piece of chicken that looks like was biten by someone else and then refried.. ???? Read more
Not seasoned anymore. You can't even tell spicy from regular. No joke. Love the specials and coupons though. Still drive through... only. I had to add my own SALT when we got home. I still love Popeyes. Breasts were quite smaller than ever. Read more
COMPLETE DISASTER OF A POPEYES, Food was ready too fast, I knew something wasn't right. Check the food when I get home. Chicken... looked like it was made about 5 hours too early. Not crispy at all. Looked under cooked. Didn't eat it. The chicken sandwich wasa complete disaster as well. See pic below. Burnt bread. Old dry pickles. Complete trash. Not to mention the worker at thewindow hating her job and taking it out on me. Slammed the window in my face even after I let her KEEP the change. I cannotbelieve the MANAGER would allow this to happen. Clearly has ZERO regard for food safety and customer satisfaction. In whatworld would you make poultry hours before its served? This food is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I bet they wouldn't like eating it!Wasn't cheap either. 20 bucks for trash! Do not go to this place, go to highway 5. Found a fruit fly in my drink the only reason I found it was because they forgot my straw. I also ordered a 3 piece meal and... instead of giving me my 3 piece they gave me a box of biscuits and the forgot my rice and beans as well. Make sure you checkyour drinks if you do decide to eat at this place. Read more
