If you come to this location after midnight, the... employees only come on the intercom in order to tell you that they are closed... The days of customer service and quality food are long gone! Prices have gone up and service has gone way down. Before you try... and blame it on covid.....this has been going on here and many other places, way before covid! 4+ years ago, this place wasalways an awesome experience to go with or without kids. ???? I ordered lunch for my family but quickly realized the fries tasted weird. I took them back to the restaurant to explain that to... the nice young man at the counter. He immediately ran and had some fresh fries cooked and let me taste them before I left butthey also tasted like they were stale even though they were fresh. He gladly refunded my money for all the fries and was veryapologetic. Read more

Not pleased with this location at all. First of all, it was really hot in the dining area. Secondly, you apparently aren't... allowed to speak to the counter staff. My child and I waited a few minutes, no big deal, I could see that drive thru was beinghandled. A lady at one of the tables told me that we had to use the digital kiosk. Okay, no problem. Unfortunately, the itemthat my son wanted was not listed, nor could I find custom order options. I decided that I had better ask a staff member whereto look as surely getting a cheeseburger happy meal with no onion or pickle would be possible. I proceeded to try and get theattention of one of the employees ( there were several). NO ONE bothered to even say 'I'll be with you in a moment" . Finally,after being ignored for awhile I managed to catch the eye of grown woman who looked to be a manager. She didn't hear a word Isaid but looked right through me and said "Use the kiosk". At this point, I'd had enough and we left. One good thing aboutMcDonald's, there's one every few miles. My family and I will be going to other locations. Read more

McDonald's is a American standard, most of the time you get what you ordered. The taste and the quality is consistent most of... the time. The only issue is the food does not travel well. If you eat it when you get it your experience will be good. ChapelHill McDonald's checked all the boxes on this visit. I hate inflation, 16 bucks for 2 large burgers and fries with 1drink isridiculous. I fuss about price all the time. We all are paying, at least the food was good. Read more
