Tried calling to see if they r opened in the drivethru but no answer online says drive thru opened til midnight on Sunday. Good... is always cold fries r over salted and the worse of them all the crew members act liked they don?t even wanna be at work they ralways rude as can be. Went to get food for the family was almost an hour wait in line to order. Some random lady got out of her car from the parking... lot and came up to the drive thru window and received food really.Not to mention when I got the food got home literally 5 minnot far from my house the fries were super super crunchy and the worst part is my burger was super raw in the middle me beingpregnant I can eat raw meat so I just had my drink. The line is always wrapped around the building!! It moves extremely slow causing huge waits. The doors have been locked for... weeks and not allowed to go in to order. For a solid three weeks I?ve been told they cannot accept cards? cash only! I?ve goneback week after week just assuming it?s corrected just to wait in drive thru for almost 40 mins, (cuz doors are locked) to thenpull up to order and still be told NO CARDS. what a waste of time! What a great experience!! Clean restaurant, nice staff. I spilt an entire soda in my car and they were more than helpful to aid... me in the flood in my floorboard. They even offered to replace my soda. Kindness goes a long way. Your actions did not gounnoticed. Read more
We wanted to try and get the happy meal for adults and after not being served curbside even though it was ready for 10 min... prior. Every time I come here to pick up an order where the pick up is I?m always left standing for 20 minutes before anyone even... acknowledged my presence. The people at the front counter are always rude there is never a pleasant experience. Corporate needsto come in and take a look at what?s going on here. As a food delivery driver it takes too long, the customer service isterrible, and you just here them gossiping when they are not ignoring people simply picking up. Read more

Y?all, so I have been avoiding this McDonals since I have been in Dvill, but tonight they were fantastic. The night shift on... this day 11/19/2022 were very good. The two ladies that worked the front were friendly, and I can tell they like their job. Thewait was not long, my order was ready the first time around, the sweet tea was amazing, the fries were hot, my drinks were notwatery, the frappé machine was working, and over all the customer service was good. I wish I could have gotten these two ladiesname but I didn?t. One had locs colored at the ends, and the other was light skinned ?with her hair net on? woot! Woot! I feellike she was a shift leader. Anyway long story short kudos to this shift. Oh y?all, and the drive through was taking cards andcash WHATTTTTTTTT! Moving on up. Good job ladies. Until we meet again. Read more
