We ordered a 12pc meal and the told came to $35.00 and change. The cashier the drive through window told us to pull forward but... didn't give us a receipt. My mother went in to get the receipt and the cashier gave my mother a receipt for $50.00 with $15.00in change back. When my mother questioned the recipe the cashier told her it will be the same. Don't worry about it. My mothertold her no that's not right. Then manager came over asking what happened. When my mother explained what happened they went tothe other cash draw and came with a receipt for $32.00. At the top of the receipt it states the total was changed after. So thecashier really was trying to steal money from us. We sat in the car shocked and the cashier was still in the drive through likenothing happened. We think the manager was in on it. I do see why from my experiences this KFC has the ratings it does but I would like to point out that Ms.Delores and her crew get... a 5 star rating from me this visit. Immediately upon my walking in clearly she was busy with another customer but sheacknowledge me at first by me just being a customer. After I told her my name for my online pick up order that?s exactly how sheaddressed me. Her team is very respectful of her and that speaks volumes to me as a customer. I only rated this 1 star just so I could write a review. this is the worst kfc. did not even order food because the girl working... in the drive thru had the rudest attitude. no way in hell was I going to ask anything from her. I understand fast food is beyondfrustrating but you still have to do your job and be polite and if not then find another job. this place needs new employeeswith better customer service. Read more

I go to kfc often, this is by far the worst one, i only get the famous bowl cause you cant mess it up. second time going here in... a year months apart with the same results. they add more corn than potatoes and basically 5 pieces of chicken this is by far theworst kfc i have ever went to, bad practices, shorting food and making it wrong is not okay. also in the photo i moved all myfood to one side. I understand that fast food can be extremely overwhelming and frustrating at times however, you cannot forget your trainings,... especially food safety and serve safe. I worked food service before and I understand the struggles but, I never forgot toprovide the best customer service possible. My Son wanted to try KFC for the very First time, Its seems Social media is promoting Kfc inspiring the children, We couldn?t... make it to the Big chicken so we decided to visit this location, We should have waited because this location is verydisappointing, and ruined our experience.
