The service of this location was discriminatory and unprofessional. For example, the waitress Marisol failed to present a... physical menu to an African American woman. The waitress stated we do not have menus , so you have to scan a QR code. However, shortly after a white male walked in and she presented him a physical menu. When asked to speak to a manager about thisdiscriminatory practice, the manager did not provide a written explanation to why this discriminatory action took place. He justgave an explanation about that?s how the training is done for Hooters. That?s made me infer and further question ?is Hooter?straining geared toward discriminatory practices for female patrons. I?m addition, the waiter Marisol?s overall service wasunpleasant. Whenever a request was made from me and my accomplice, she wouldn?t say ok or complete the action with a smile. Itwas always negative feedback. It was evident she did not want to wait on the African American women, but was more thanaccommodating to the male patrons, especially the white ones. In conclusion, she did greet my party and I with heavy sarcasm anda devilish smirk by hollering, ?Come back and see me?. This report is being made to the public for their poor practices ofservices. This report will be made to corporate for the discriminatory practices that transcended. Read more

I am absolutely not surprised by the 3 star rating. I visited last night with a friend and decided to sit at the bar.... Nonetheless, I noticed the QR codes and realized that I left my phone in the car to charge. I asked the bartender, Marisol, fora physical menu. She stated "we do not have any." I sat there in dismay. After sitting I realized I had my work phone in mypurse (which I didn't want to use because this trip was a personal trip). Shortly after, a man sits two seats from me. I reallywasn't paying attention to him but noticed he did not have a device as well. Literally 30 seconds later, I see Marisol givinghim a PHYSICAL menu. At this point I am grossly confused. I call Marisol over and stated, "Hi. So remember when I first sat downI asked for a physical menu?" She replied, "Mmhmm." I then stated, "You said you did not have any available but yet I see theman next to me with one." She then replied, "Oh well we aren't allowed to give them out unless the customer doesn't have theirphone." I informed her that at the time of asking I did not have my phone and was unaware that my work phone was in my purse soI should have received a physical menu as well. She looked at my work phone and stated, "well you do have a phone." I informedher that it was my work phone that a) I didn't realize I had neither was it visible to her at the time of my request and b) thistrip was not work related. I then asked for a manager. Brian, the manager on duty, shortly comes out and comes over to speakwith me. I tell him everything that transpired. He basically defended the actions of the waitress when the circumstances forreceiving a menu were identical to the gentleman next to me. Brian was basically unapologetic, I thanked him for his time, andhe proceeded back to the office. Shortly after, Marisol follows him and neglects all of her customers at the bar to the pointthat I had to ask a waitress to go get her so that we could receive our check. As a usual heavy tipper, Read more

Not the place I enjoyed in the past. No menus. You have to scan a IRQ. They don't grill bone in wings anymore. No Oysters. Yeah... the girls are sweet. But Hooters use to be my go to place for seafood. I'll find someplace elsewhere. Read more

(Party of 4) The restaurant was clean, and updated, but Horrible service. We waited 10 minutes for a waitress. (There were 22... people in the whole place.) Cass K sat us and told us the other server would be with us soon. "The other server" saw us, and dideverything BUTcome to our table. After being ignored, I went to the bar asked if there was a waitress or server that could waiton us. A young man in a flat billed hat told me "I mean, I only got two servers so someone will be with you." This was beforethe MNF game. The young man helped carry a few orders out. We finally ordered, and oir food came. A salad was forgotten, wehad to ask for condiments, and fresh beers. Cass was trying, but it was obvious she was overwhelmed. The other server 100% hadher own agenda. I travel the country and frequent these establishments....... 2nd worst one I've ever been to. If you want awing and the game, save your time, go to BWW. The food was great, but service was only so-so. They weren't busy when we went for Father's Day. The bar had maybe 5 people... sitting there, and one table of three or four when we arrived. The entire time we were there, their tables never exceeded three, with families ranging of 3-4 guests. Our waitress walked passed our table several times, never once bothering to refill ourdrinks. My husband and I wondered if Hooters stopped allowing free refills, and if so, why they wouldn't inform guests that theyhave? We didn't have this problem at the Newnan location when we went a few months ago. The server we had there was veryattentive! Read more
