I came in with a really big order without any heads-up, I totally excepted to wait a while (which would?ve been fine with the... size of the order) and maybe a few mistakes with the orders. Some places you can?t even get a single burger and fries in areasonable amount of time, but even with my order and others coming in they got me my food so fast. Why is this place so overprice for burgers, hotdogs and fries? They give you the Medium sized fries and charge you Extra-Large... prizes. The burgers are good but you can get bigger ones cheaper at a sit-down restaurants. The don't keep up with the ketchupdispensers as the last two times I have been there there was no ketchup. They got rid of the mustard dispensers, vinegarbottles, and the peanut snack that one used to enjoy as you waited for your order. The whole restaurant's floor are slick butthe bathroom floors are worse like they use the same mop from the kitchen. That's a falling hazard even when it is not wet. Thesoda mixing machines are horrible. Why did they get rid of the old style soda fountains. Why Five Guys ask their customers fortips for all they did is call your order number for you to pick it up at the counter in an big generic paper bag? Read more
Burger was burnt black and crunchy. Fries under cooked and hard with no salt. It cost me over $17 for 1 cheeseburger and a... regular fries. Than when I got home with my carryout I couldn't even eat it. The burger was so burnt that even my dogswouldn't eat it. This was the last time I will eat at 5 Guys. I can't afford to keep throwing my money away on food I can'teat. Read more
First time ever eating from here. The shakes are awesome and to order with the food. They give a hefty amount of fries in a bag... which is new to me. The burgers were juicy and done at a perfect temperature. New favorite place for the family to be treated toadded to the list. Read more
Probably the best burger that I've ever had. However, at $13, I won't be having it again for a while. Clean establishment and... the staff was fast and friendly. I docked one star only because of the price. Only my opinion. Read more
Our food was great, service was great! My only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the price. I don't know why it is so... expensive. We bought 2 small burgers, one with bacon, 2 small fries and 2 regular drinks and it was right at $35. Yesss, it isgood, but it would be fantastic if it were 10 or 15 $$ cheaper lol Read more
Ordered from Doordash. Their cheeseburgers are original, fresh, and tasty. I?d probably even go as far as to say their burgers... are far better than Taco Mac as their patties are often hard and don't contain a fair quantity of condiments, especially when itcomes to the sauce. The banana milkshake, however, missed the mark just by a little bit as it tasted more like a regularvanilla shake than it did a banana one. It was well-made, just neglected the particular flavor.
