Takes a million years to get ice coffee and the customer service is abysmal. I thought having an easy DD to get in and out of... would be nice, but I'd rather fight traffic to get into the DD on hwy 5. Read more
Every time I order my coffee on the app (which I love the app) I get to the store and my order is incorrect. Instead of a hot... latte they make a cold one which defeats the purpose of the app if I have to stand in the store and wait for them to remake mydrink.
