Im not the type to leave bad reviews but I used to LOVE this place but the past 3 times I have been my order has been wrong. I... drink iced coffee and I always get the same thing but they've been leaving out the extra cream that I ask for. My friends havealso had issues with them not putting in cream and sugar. Read more
What?s the point of ordering on the app and the order not being fully ready and wrong? Donuts were not packed until I got... someone?s attention. Munchkins were supposed to be assorted but received all plain glazed. The single donut ordered was out(need something in the app for this). The point of the mobile app is to order ahead, grab and go. Whenever I order donuts, Ialways have to get someone?s attention. Depending on how busy they are, it could take awhile. Because of this strategy oftheirs, I could be missing out on parts of my order and wasting time. As this is a common occurrence (not just this location),I?ll use up the rest of my balance and take my business elsewhere. I?m addition, specifically to this location there isvirtually no parking, tiny drive thru, tight backing out. Might as well as park at a local store and walk over if you?redetermined to go. Read more

The manager (blonde haired, middle aged woman) at this Hwy 5 Douglasville, GA Location is extremely rude and has no customer... service skills. When part of my order was not given to me, I called several times to always be met by an automated voicemail.When I was in the area again and stopped by to order and let them know about my previous order, the manager was accusatory andoutright rude.
