The manager who appeared to be either Mexican or Latino cursed me out and told me I was lying after I told him he forgot to put... one piece of chicken in my box. He went on to say the F word to me as well. UI come to this church?s often and have never beentreated as such. I am very disappointed in the customer service that was presented to me. Very unacceptable and something needsto be done. He needs to be held accountable and appreciate his customers because without us there would not be any business. Youwould think he would lead by example by him being the manager but nope not the case. Upon arriving home I also noticed thepeach cobbler was merely just a biscuit covered with peach juice and the Mac and cheese was burnt. This place deserves ZERO stars. The most rude, and disgusting employees. Who sneezes and touches food without washing... hands/putting gloves on. Then when an issue came up about my food, I was told they didn't care, I was told to deal with it, Iwas yelled at and interrupted by an individual who cared more about yelling and making his coworkers laugh than to REPLACE theirmistake. I didn't even want my money back, I just simply asked if they would remake it because what was found in it wasdisgusting. I wanted Church's Chicken that day bad. Honestly, the customer service I received in the drive through ruined my appetite. I... paid for my food then parked my car. I gave my 12 piece to a homeless man in the parking lot of that Church's. I never sharedthat story. This is for the Church's near the mall. I did go to another one days later on the other side of town inDouglassville. My experience there was better. Read more
This company has went to horrible. The chicken dont taste like it used to. Peppers not hot anymore, fries taste bad. Pie and... biscuit taste good, but that's it. They overcharged me $6. Wont go back. Sad, Churchs used to be bomb. Didnt have chickensandwiches. The peach lemonade is just minute maid lemonade w peach syrup and they charge a whole extra $1 for that. Read more
The chicken was old and hard as well as cold. I couldn?t eat it even the biscuit was old! Best part of the meal was the fries.... The soda was supposed to be lemonade but it was yellow water. I will never go back to that Church?s again! If they serve thatmess to me no telling what else they would do. The tea tastes spoiled and they exchanged it as the nice young man at the drive through window told the manager that nobody... likes the tea I have another complaint, and the sprite tastes like the machine needs cleaning, when I was going to eat thecoleslaw had no mayonnaise or dressing and the chicken was hard and dry. NEVER had a less than awesome experience at this location! The food and staff are TOP TIER!! The manager (the Mexican man) is a... huge part of why I love this place. Not a rude bone in his body...
