Last night at 11:20 pm I drove to this location and the guy at the speaker said they were closed. Google and the sign they have... posted says 12 am NOT 11:00 pm They need to do better Not to mention there was multiple cars behind me wanting to order as wellso I know they lost a lot of money this night! The manager there at 10:30a today, is the reason I usually don't and won't patronize this store anymore. They tried to blatantly... overcharge me. When I said something about it, the manager took the microphone and gave me erroneous information for the sake ofbeing right. This in a very combative tone. Like i owed her something. I don't know if she is horrible to everyone or justracist. But this is like my 3rd time having to deal with her aggressive tones. I will be calling corporate, because I don'ttreat people bad, and I work in food service at times. So I'm not picking with this lady. I'm sure she has many complaints. Idon't understand why she still has a job, unless the operator likes how she treats the community. Read more
Best experience at a fast food place ever. Quick and hot food. Friendly staff. They never get my order wrong. And I literally... just watched the manager (I believe) fix a woman's order twice, both times after it was already made, when she was the one whoordered wrong BOTH times. That level of patience is commendable. That man deserves a raise. Read more
This location deserves zero stars. They were rude and had no customer service skills. The guy at the window didn't even speak to... us when we spoke to him multiple times asking for sauces, saying thank you, saying have a good day, he didn't say anything. Theycharged us for a kids combo and didn't include it, they gave us medium fries even though 2 combos were large, and they didn'thave most drinks we asked for. That store needs a whole remodel, the staff that is. Management was supposed to contact meaccording to customer service and it's been almost 2 weeks. Read more
I don?t even think this place deserved a one star. The workers were nice but they constantly kept getting my order wrong. If u... feel like waiting 30 minutes for some nasty food then come here. Every time I ask for sauce on my burger it?s always overfilledwith ketchup which gets everywhere. Then the fries are hard, they?re nice and crunchy but doesn?t taste like it has enoughseasoning. the meat on my burger just taste odd. It reminds me of hard tires. Read more
Visited here on Saturday. My first time at this location and, my first time trying the Ch'King chicken sandwich. First of all,... this was my best experience with a Burger King yet. The restaurant itself, at least the exterior (since I was in the drive-thru)was very clean, including the parking lot. From what I could see through the window, the inside looked nice as well. I was verypleased with how quickly the line moved, as well as the friendliness of the staff, both on the intercom and at the window. Asfor the sandwich, I ordered the spicy version. It came out hot and fresh, perfectly cooked. The seasoning and that sauce wereoutstanding. I would definitely recommend this sandwich as well as this Burger King location. Read more
