Well after ordering from dominoes for the last 8 months due to unsatisfactory orders from this pizza hut. I decided to give you... another try. And you failed miserably. Ordered extra cheese and extra pepperoni which I did not receive but you can be sure Ipaid for it. Also a salad which barley had anything in it. Terrible food will not order from this rip off place ever again. Backto Dominoes. Shame too because for a small town like Douglas and there only being 2 choices for pizza doubt you can afford toloose a customer who by the way orders Pizza every Friday night. After a terrible experience at another restaurant. We chose to go to Pizza Hut. The service was awesome! Our waitress quickly... took our order and kept checking in. My son accidently dropped a fork and our waitress came around the corner right away with anew set of silverware without being asked. The staff was also having a meeting at the same time. The manager was veryprofessional and focused on building a strong team. It was nice to hear. We really appreciated the great food and great service! Read more

We have had no problems with this pizza hut till tonight, when I called of course I got the call center and they couldn't make... my order the way I want it so she transfered me directly to the store manager, it rang about 10 times and no one answered. Icalled back and got the call center again and did not get to make my order at that time. I had to go into the store to order andask the person which he said he was the manager, I told him that I did call and about the call center transfer the call andasked why the phone wasn't answered and I quote his words qe are trying to close the store at 8:30ish Well the pizza got hereand it's not good at all its either hand tossed or tin crust which it was supposed to pan no condiments for the pizza and it wasvery salty and dry ALL WE WANTED WAS A PAN BEEF TACO PIZZA I will be goin in IThe morning to talk to a store manager Read more
We love either dinning in, delivery, or pick up. The food is always ready quick and the hot. Dinning in recently after the... COVID-19 restrictions one gal in particular will keep us coming back. Her bubbly personality and over all up beat attitude wasworth it! Read more
The staff was very friendly and understanding about the experience but it looked like someone beat this pizza with a baseball... bat for a half hour and threw it in the box. Also it had multiple hairs in it. I will never order from here again. Read more
Ordered and paid for extra cheese and pepperoni did not receive it. Also the salad was mostly lettuce. Will order from Domino's
