Stopped here for a quick coffee and pitstop while on a roadtrip. The bathrooms were very clean and new looking. The coffee... machines were kind of weird and didn?t produce great brew. I thought the employees were pretty friendly though. Read more

If you are a person of color I suggest not stopping in this town. The staff treated us poorly almost as if they hated us on... first glance. We didn't do anything besides buy gum and a few waters and the staff seemed horribly disgusted by us. One women inthe bathroom was rude to my wife, down talking her and even bumped into her on her way out of the bathroom. I get similarfeelings from other Native Americans who stop in this region of the country. Once a town pump work literally wouldn't serve agroup of Natives just because and was later fired. Read more

This is by far one of the worst Mavericks in the US. Breakfast food is never out on time, limited selection. Food is stale,... burnt, and never adds up to any other Maverick I?ve been to. Pass this place up every time in Douglas. Read more

The employees here are amazingly nice and should get raises. They went above and beyond in customer service. I should have taken... down names so I could call the manager and tell them specifically how well they did. Read more

Per GasBuddy currently the best diesel prices in town. One helluva of a bump when pulling into their place. Inside clean.... Bathroom clean. No receipt paper at the fuel pumps. Had to go inside and ask for a receipt. Read more

Twice in a row I've gotten fuel here and the pump states "cashier has receipt". I will not go back and will instead go across... the street, either too laxy to fill the paper regularly or a scam to get you to go inside and buy something else. Read more

OK it so I will give them a pass on part of this because of the covid panic. However, I just wanted to get some coffee. Brought... my thermos and my mug in, was told I had to use a new cup to refill them, so I did. I was charged for 4 new cups! 7 DOLLARS FOR2 REFILLS! This after I balked at 9 dollars! They are taking advantage of the situation and overcharging truck drivers forcoffee. Disgraceful! Read more

Ideal in the mornings. I love the AM crew. The cooks are super nice, August, Daphne, that dude with the beard (I don't recall... his name, sorry) are all wonderful. I have had too many negative experiences with the rude, snarky night cashier (one inparticular) to want to come back at that time. I reported him to the manager & she said she would take care of it. When I sawher again, she said she addressed it to him and requested that I come back on his shift so that he may officially issue me a"sincere" apology. Sincere? Or award winning? He's grown, he consciously chose his behavior, he knows better, but went ahead inacting the douche anyways. So...which will it be? Sorry for being offensive? Or sorry for being busted on it? I wouldn't besurprised whatsoever if he flipped me off behind my back post apology lol. Good thing my shift to work starts before his. Theyalso lose a star for not having garden salads like ALL the Utah locations and for getting rid of their frozen yogurt since theirrenovation. Read more
