Absolutely love this place! Their food and customer service is astonishing. An older lady came in grumpy about her sandwich not... being done quickly (yay customer service..) and they were incredibly kind to her until she left the building. No sass. That'shard to do when people are yelling at you from behind the counter. The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious. The caramel oatlatte is superb. There's really an option for everyone. If you're considering... go here! Read more

Great destination while driving along lake Michigan, Excellent homemade everything. The Cuban was my favorite of what we tried.... Chicken salad lacked a bit of flavor. Read more

WOW! We were so blown away by how great this place is. The level of detail paid to each ingredient shows how much they care. We... split the pork bahn mi and a Cuban sandwich. Both were excellent. We also tried the chicken salad croissant which was plain bycomparison but I don't think it's fair to group those together. The meat was all juicy, tender and super flavorful. The littleshop has an amazing selection of artisan foods. We grabbed some olives and cheese. Both were lovely! Read more

This place was recommended to us. We were excited about the concept. You walk in, place your order, received a bit of tude... from the counter, then, boom, had to wait over an hour, for sandwiches. They told us 45 minutes. It was 70 minutes. Irecommend you buy your drinks closer to when your food comes out. They do have water stations. I also don't recommend tipping. This is 100% self service!! Here's my tip, increase the farm to table wait time and come and serve me a delicious meal with asmile. So, we had 4 sandwiches. The Cuban, was very messy and didn't taste fresh. Trust me, I am cuban, they are meant to bepressed, not messy. The BLT, had super watered tomatoes. Hard to taste anything else over that. Made the bread soggy. Thepork sandwich had some nicr fresh crunchy toppings on top but unfortunately, it completely overpowerrd the smoked pork which wassupposed to be the star. And the chicken salad sandwich. Had one tiny red onion so my wife had to go back and ask for some onthe side. The chicken was very bland. The salad was tasty and had robust flavors. With all due respect, what left usdisappointed was the service. The help had poor edicate, as if we were to feel privileged we got to eat there. No thank you,no sorry for the wait, nothing. And here again, they ask for tips for us to serve ourselves? When the food is ready they comeout of the kitchen barking your name with a wrapped sandwich in their hand. Picture that. It's sad to see the young generationwork with these pretentious attitudes. You may be busy, good for you >> but there is no excuse for the thick attitude in theair for serving medicor food. Hope that helps. Read more

I love this place so much and we go almost every week. They use a lot of organic and/or local ingredients and they are... consistently good. The sandwiches are great and they have really good gluten free bread available. They also really great veganfood. My favorite is the egg salad sandwich. The turtle brownie (anyone not gluten free has to try it you won?t regret it Ipromise) and the cakes (especially the carrot) are absolutely amazing. The gluten free chocolate cake is to die for! I would eatit over other cakes even if I didn?t need to be gluten free. Everyone I?ve ever brought there has loved the food. The staff isalways friendly and they are helpful when you ask questions. We love to grab a meal and head over to Saugatuck to sit near theriver, it makes the perfect picnic. Read more
