Went through the drive through for a sweet tea that was too high priced and didn't taste good

I really don't like that they have people, namely children, standing outside taking orders, whether it's hot, cold,... raining,storming. I go to other zaxbys locations and no one else does this. If you are trying to be like chik-fil-a, give them ashelter to stand or sit under. Read more

This place has gone down. The menu has changed so much. They?ve taken away the things that made the place great. BRiNG Back the... fried Zaxby?s club sandwich please with bacon. I am an absolute Zaxby's lover however! This Zaxby's disappoints me time after time! I dont know if it's because they're always... so busy that it causes a decline in quality service and food or what. Tonight I order the Ceasar Salad with Grilled Chickenright. Tell me why do I have cut up pieces of light bread in my salad serving as a crouton substitute!?! Soggy cut up chunks oflight bread! I would have been fine without having the croutons. I wish I would have been given the courtesy of someone saying"Ma'am we're out of croutons, is that okay." Instead of soggy light bread. Read more
