So my family and I decided to stop at the Wendy's in Douglas, GA on the way home for the kids. My first issue is how long we... were actually in line to order. It had to be 15 to 20 minutes just to place an order. After we place the order we sat foranother 20 minutes just to get the food and it was wrong. I know that times are hard now and good help is actually hard to findthese days. I could've told my husband to forget it we'll go somewhere else, but I believe the ladies and gentlemen that hadthat nightshift could've done a whole lot better. Almost half the restaurants in Douglas were shut down at 7pm on a Sunday. And those that weren't closed were out of half there... menu items. But Wendy's stood tried and true. They were open inside and dive thru, and they were also very courteous andefficient. We had a great experience and a wonderful hot meal. Love those classic burgers. Read more

Breakfast was ok . Really not enough help and slow service at a time when people are rushed to get to work
The chicken sandwich was rubbery, and the peppermint frosty was so so. It kinda a medicine or toothpast after taste. But the... drive through worker was unfriendly and just stuck hand out for payment never speaking and just handed bag without speaking.Where is customer service now a days? Read more
