Hello everyone, from sonic Crew we are sorry for any inconveniences however we would like you to know our ice cream and slushy... machines should be coming in soon we do not have them yet however our card machine is now working for all cards as we got a newmachine to resolve this issue. Please feel free to come back and see how our new management is working for any issues just letus be aware we will fix it to the best of our abilities. I wish there was a negative star button!!!! So they just opened back up and they have NOTHING available no ice cream, slushies... etc and there card machine isn?t accepting certain cards, no sign or nothing!! The guy that waited on me no apology ,no I?msorry for the inconvenience no type of customer service at all and he shut the window in my face after telling me he couldn?taccept my card! Absolutely made me feel like it was my fault that there machines wasn?t working after I sat in line waiting forfood I can?t even pay for because THERE machine only accept certain cards!!!! 97 degree day and I get served Coke with no ice in it. The burger was supposed to have everything except mayo. I was served a... sandwich with zero condiments. I?d specifically asked for ketchup and mustard. The two orders of cheese tots were servedwithout forks. When I asked to have these issues addressed the manager snatched my bag with LOTS of attitude and stomped off.No apology for completely botching the order. If I could give a negative rating I would. Sign advertised the new dill burger but they said they do not carry it. Ordered a different meal but they were out of onion... rings. Got tater tots instead and they were soggy and uncooked. And they said their ice cream machine was down. Thought Iaccidentally pulled up to a McDonald's with all the inconveniences. Read more

Placed an order through the App when we got to Sonic. It was paid for and the menu at the Stall said it was in the kitchen.... After waiting about 15 minutes an employee walked out and stated that they were out of basically everything on the order andasked what we wanted to do. We asked for a refund. We paid Approx. $33. When the refund was issued it was only for $29 and somechange. After speaking with the manager I was given no reason as to why it was a partial refund, just a void ticket and told itwould take 3 to 5 days for the money to go back on card. Read more

just spent $30 on dinner waited in line for 20 minutes just to get dried out cold burgers and dried up chili cheese Coney. Not... even able to eat the dried out food. Horrible Read more
