My husband and I arrived at approximately 6:50 PM. It took at least 25 minutes to get our beverage. It was even longer before... our order was taken. The family of four that were seated AFTER us to our right ordered, received their food, ate, and leftbefore we ever got our food. As well as the couple seated behind us. When our food arrived at 7:54 PM, my husband?s steak lookedas if it had been boiled instead of grilled! My shrimp were not good! We are no longer fans of Ruby Tuesdays. We went out for a date night and had an overall great time. Server checked in on us, never went without a drink, the food came... out in a normal amount of time. Asked for the manger, Mary came to the table checked in on us, thought we were going to give abad report but it was the complete opposite. Our waitress needed a raise for accommodating our allergens. Had a date night with my husband tonight. I had the honey bourbon chicken I believe and it was definitely 10/10 ! I recommend !... My husband tried the new Philly cheesesteak sandwich (forgot to take a pic) he said it was def 10/10 !! Also had a Ruby relaxerand My husband had the raspberry lemonade. This location use to be really nice, but it's gone downhill a bit. My boyfriend and I visited the other day and left really... disappointed. His burger was super dry and overcooked, and we ordered sweet tea but basically got syrup instead. The waitresswas really nice though and she switched our drinks out for us. The salad bar was in disarray and almost out of everything, whichwas weird considered there were maybe five other people there besides us. It just wasn't what we had hoped for out of a RubyTuesday. My experience was kind of mediocre. The lighting was a bit dark as we walked in, thankfully we sat near a window. The... cleanliness of the place could be better as well. However, the waitress was very nice and took great care of us. I was half waythrough my chicken when I got a bite that tasted like it was beginning to spoil. Ruined the rest of my meal. Read more
I used to work here in 2015, and I loved the food.. I hate to say that I avoid going here now because every time I go the food... is terrible. I went a couple of months ago and got a steak, I had one bite. I didn?t even eat the sides because they just looklike they have seen better days? I went the other night for a work dinner, the server was great and understanding when I justasked for a Togo plate for a salad because I didn?t like my meal.. But, the chicken Mac n cheese was drowning in cheese andtasted like they dumped the salt container in there. I?m not sure what happened to the place, but I?ll only recommend the drinksand salad bar.
