I went there for breakfast asked for a breakfast plate with sausage toast grits and 2 fried eggs. When I got my plate I had a... burnt sausage that was super tiny and 2 eggs that had yoke all over my grits. I do not recommend it?s horrible service and longwaiting time. I just went at 7pm and ordered 4 chiks and a small fry. Five minutes later and I'm still at the window waiting. Then I'm asked... to pull to the side door and my order will be brought out. Sure enough, 15 more minutes later it came. 20 minutes to get 4 chiksand fries. Ridiculous!! Read more

Went through drive thru and ordered a 12 pc Krystal with no cheese, was told to pull up to the window for my total. Got to the... window and was told my order was 17.26. thought ok maybe my math was wrong and I miss calculated my amount so I let itgo....my daughter looks in the bag after we got home and every one of them had cheese on them... My child is lactoseintolerant....the lady who took the order sounded nice but when we pulled up to the window I felt like I was wasting theperson's time and I really needed to leave....use to like going there but this is the 3rd time I have been made to feel like Iwas a waste of their precious time.
