Service was impeccable even though it was a one woman show and a full house. We went on July 6th around 5:30. Her help hadn't... come in at 4:00 as scheduled. One cook one waitress and one busser. She needs her own restaurant she did awesome. They didn'tget the fifth star because, well, they were understaffed and it took awhile for the food. You can't just be throwing starsaround like that. We were coming through Douglas from a get together, we were hungry so decide to stop in and eat. Well as we went in, we were... told one section was closed, not a problem there were plenty of seats. We sat down and was informed that she was the onlywaitress and it would be a while. There were a total of 7 tables taken up by customers including ours. 2 of which had alreadygotten there food, as we sat there waiting for service. Several other people came in and sat down. We waited about 30 mins andwatched everyone who came in after us leave as the waitress casually waited on 1 table. Not giving menus to the other guests,not getting anyone, other than the 1 table, drinks. It was very obvious she was upset by being the only waitress, which was notany customers fault. So we wasted our time stopping in this place cause we also ended up leaving with out even being given amenu... By the way it seemed like, the cook was on a steady hustle cooking for online orders and the couple people who hadalready ordered. We will not be bothering you again. Read more
