Service was at two speeds, slow and slower. It took over 15 minutes for 2 half sandwiches and it wasn't even busy. My sandwich... wasn't that good but it was warm. Ordered both sandwiches as combos and only one was rung up. Had to share a drink with myhubby. Not going back again. Read more
My first Firehouse Subs experience was just a couple of days ago. I decided to go in and try a sweet and spicy meatball sub. It... was perfect in every way! It was easily the best meatball sub I've ever had in my life! It even looked like the picture on theirwebsite! I was so impressed that I went back for lunch today and got a medium beef and cheddar brisket. With a desire to try allof their subs I went back for dinner and had a hook and ladder. The one thing I'm looking for above everything else is quality,and Firehouse has it! I regret not having tried their sandwiches sooner, but I never imagined they would be so good and of sucha high quality. I'm going back tomorrow and trying the pastrami. I love Firehouse but I'm disappointed in my service today. I ordered a sub in the drive thru. I should've checked it before I... left. I live 25 miles away and when I got inside my home getting ready to eat, IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER! I called the restauranttwice to see if I could get a credit for future use but no one is answering the phone. Food costs TOO MUCH TO LET THIS GO. IORDERED A SUB COMBO AND IT WAS 20 BUCKS LOL. I usually love their subs. Not enough meat. They are starting to slack off. Just like everything and everyone else

Got both subs I ordered wrong...-mustard, had mustard on it...said to + sautated mushrooms to both...No mushrooms...
