As I currently sit in this location in Douglas, staff attempt to clean as to get home earlier. The dinning room closes at 9pm,... it is 8:30pm. One boy working attempting to sweep the floor has obviously no clue how to sweep without banging and clanging thebroom into the dust pan, not to mention stirring up dirt into the circulation of the atmosphere . A higher up employee drags,slowly, tall stool after tall stool across the dinning room floor. After being sick for two weeks, driving to GA nonstop 4hourdrive I was excited to be out of the house on thanksgiving vacation, I couldn?t wait to reach this establishment. Now I cannotwait to leave and never come back to any Chick-fil-A establishment anywhere. Visited this location on yesterday morning around 8:30 a.m. We were so disappointed with our biscuits. They were hard and... crumbling. I have NEVER had a disappointing food moment at Chick-fil-A until yesterday. ???? Read more

Faith, a team member working the outside lane was rude and flat out lied when another team member questioned why she did not ask... for our name while taking our order. I have always bragged about how friendly and well mannered Chick-fil-A employees are. Ithink Miss Faith missed the class. Sadly it only takes one bad seed to ruin the whole bunch. Do better. Our salads were very good. The restaurant was immaculate. Staff was top-notch. Love "our Chick-fil- A"!

Every time I have been to this Chic Fil A I have been greeted with a smile & "How are you today? How can I help you?" With that... being said when I went in the other day I had been having a very emotional day. When I stepped inside to pick up my food I wasimmediately met with a smile that I could tell was real. As hard as it was to smile back that day very much to my surprise(because i knew it was fake) the lady actually complimented my smile. I felg guilty for fake smiling so this is what I told her.Ma'am I used to have what seemed like a permanent smile but lately there are days it's hard for me to even force a smile.
