As I currently sit in this location in Douglas, staff attempt to clean as to get home earlier. The dinning room closes at 9pm,... it is 8:30pm. One boy working attempting to sweep the floor has obviously no clue how to sweep without banging and clanging thebroom into the dust pan, not to mention stirring up dirt into the circulation of the atmosphere . A higher up employee drags,slowly, tall stool after tall stool across the dinning room floor. After being sick for two weeks, driving to GA nonstop 4hourdrive I was excited to be out of the house on thanksgiving vacation, I couldn?t wait to reach this establishment. Now I cannotwait to leave and never come back to any Chick-fil-A establishment anywhere. Faith, a team member working the outside lane was rude and flat out lied when another team member questioned why she did not ask... for our name while taking our order. I have always bragged about how friendly and well mannered Chick-fil-A employees are. Ithink Miss Faith missed the class. Sadly it only takes one bad seed to ruin the whole bunch. Do better.
