Customer service was excellent I ordered a blue slushie n paid for it but when it was time to get it was told it was not coming... out like it should so she offered a gallon of there sweet tea instead how wonderful n nice she was to do that. We placed anorder over 40.00 n food was made correctly n hot. The dinning room was empty n clean counter was clean n customer service wasexcellent. Thank you. Read more
Website says they open at 10 and when I went through drive through on 10/22/22 at 10:05 they told me they don?t open till 11.
They don't take there time on us talking to them they are to fast in talking to customer's they are to slow people have to wait... 15mins to 30mins why we just can't see why they are talking and laughing they are having a good time .some time there food isnot done so by the time you get home is to far to go back .this company's need to teach your employees to serve better andtake there time in talking to people and be fast bring the food to the customer's. Had to get some of that delicious chicken I remembered from San Ysidro. Didn't disappoint!
I would have given them a whole five stars except for my buns had not been prepared properly and they were flat and hard. That... being said the chicken and sides were amazing fresh hot it was really good. They had me pull around to wait for my order which Idon't mind at all when it comes out that piping hot okay. So we decided to try Church's Chicken say which we have never been there before. We also will never go back ever again. We... bought the Feed 6 Family Meal for $25.99 which came with a choice of three family size sides or two family size sides and sixbiscuits. We choose the two sides with biscuits, with mashed potatoes and fries. Family Size? You must be kidding Church's,these fries are about a McDonald's medium and the mashed potatoes wouldn't feed 6 babies as a side item. I have includedpictures to show this ridiculousness. Especially since they couldn't even fill this tiny fry container which is supposed tofeed 6. We will stick with KFC! I am amazed anyone would purchase this meal package and actually be able to feed a family of 4,which we have, let alone the 6 advertised. Read more
Good, fresh, hot chicken. Coleslaw was good. The biscuits were soft, fresh, warm very good. Restaurant was clean. No complaints.... The staff was friendly, courteous and quiet. Read more
