Customer service was excellent I ordered a blue slushie n paid for it but when it was time to get it was told it was not coming... out like it should so she offered a gallon of there sweet tea instead how wonderful n nice she was to do that. We placed anorder over 40.00 n food was made correctly n hot. The dinning room was empty n clean counter was clean n customer service wasexcellent. Thank you. Read more
Website says they open at 10 and when I went through drive through on 10/22/22 at 10:05 they told me they don?t open till 11.
They don't take there time on us talking to them they are to fast in talking to customer's they are to slow people have to wait... 15mins to 30mins why we just can't see why they are talking and laughing they are having a good time .some time there food isnot done so by the time you get home is to far to go back .this company's need to teach your employees to serve better andtake there time in talking to people and be fast bring the food to the customer's. I will talk to some of my family about this. Read more
