Literally the BEST coffee shop in Dothan. Prices are super reasonable, the baristas are so kind, and the atmosphere is like no... other. All of the baristas are super nice and helpful, going out of their way to make sure I love my drink and service. I comehere to study every day and don't see myself going anywhere else. Also, the atmosphere is like no other coffee shop I've beento. The cleanliness of the lobby, the Christian music they play throughout the day, and the variety of drinks and pastries iswhat keeps me coming back. I love the Wild Honey fam! Read more

I used to always go to wild honey everyday before going to work but I stopped going due to coffee starting to taste meh and... staff was changing. I went in on 9/26 and not only were the girls who were working extremely rude but they tried to say ourdrinks were right. When I have been getting the same drink since going I obviously know if my drink is made right or wrong. WhenI told them my drink was wrong I was super nice about it but then they gave me an attitude saying it was right. And they made mydrink wrong three times and I finally gave up. They also made my friends drink wrong twice. And half the time they?re justsitting on their phones in the lobby. Read more
Came here twice while visiting family and each time I've been greeted by miserable looking high school girls. The second time I... came I ordered curbside only to my dismay of no matter how many times I called, the phone was never picked up. Please do notoffer curbside pickup if you're not going to answer your phones. This second time was enough for me to not come back I'll stickwith Dakotas. Also it awesome to see the barista sitting down watching tiktoks instead of answering the phone and not evengreeting me when I finally came in. Basic customer service is not hard. By far my favorite coffee shop in all of the Wiregrass. Not overly sugary like the competition. The atmosphere is beautifully... done. I definitely wish they a bit more to offer when it came to lounging. And may be another location too. But ho estly I'lltravel for this coffee. Read more
So the issue I had run into was someone specifically telling me I had to order at the kiosk. Which hasn't happened since. I use... the snack pass app or order at the desk. Everything has been done in a reasonable time and the people that I've seen workinghere are extremely friendly now. No rude, mean mug faces lol Which is refreshing when you're just an exhausted student trying torelax a little bit and study. I come regularly to study quite often now and bring my friends because I do enjoy your coffee andflavors so much. Plus the outdoor seating is great!
