Some black guy was fixing food and taking money and cards (with the SAME gloves on). I guess the others were too afraid to say... something to him, but that?s so gross. Do you know where most dollars have been? In a stripper?s a$$. That?s right. No oneshould be touching food and money with the same gloves. Take them off, that?s what the box is for, fresh ones. I then ASKED himto change his gloves before fixing my sandwich & he huffed & he puffed. I guess he thought he was the big bad wolf. Sandwich wasdecent, but these ppl are filthy. Oh & he was sagging. Says they are open Monday through Saturday 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. I?m here at 8:58 and they are still not open. They never open on... time, ever. Very unprofessional. Also they have roaches and the restaurant and bathrooms are filthy. Reporting them to thehealth department. Read more
This is the most unprofessional business... The nastiest place to eat roaches crawling in dining room and in the kitchen.... The... restrooms never get cleaned and the veggies are out of date.... The coolers are not at right temperature, they do not haveproper sanitizing with the dishes.... They never clean their sauce bottles out, they just add sauce NASTY!!!!!! I've had several bad experiences at this location. I will give you the 2 that stand out. The first bad experiences was when I... was ordering my food there was a roach crawling on the meatballs. The 2nd bad experiance. At 5:00 PM my family went in to ordersandwiches. My wife started giving her order then an employee comes from the back and makes the other employee stop making oursandwiches. Because the bread was already sold. When my wife asked what do you mean? They stated the bread was for door dashorders. Then told her if she would like a sandwich she could come back in 30 minutes after they make more bread. Read more
The lady there tonight was very nice. She worked very hard, but was by herself. It got extremely busy during the time we were... there. Literally 10 people in line AND call in orders. I understand that you don't know when it's going to get busy, but I feelreally bad the lady had to go through that tonight. Read more
Customer service is terrible. Sandwich artist (with gloves) stuck his fingers all in my rotisserie chicken on my sandwich.
