We were traveling home from Florida and stopped to get drink and stretch our legs. We were refused service due to lack of... staffing help 5 times over speaker. There were people dining at tables receiving service. But we were refused so i ask to speakto manager I explained we only wanted a few drinks and we would be on our way. I was ask what we wanted to drink. A few minuteslater a female arrived at our car window with our drinks. She apologized for refusing to serve us and again explained herstaffing situation. I expect the kind of service I have gotten the last 2 times from southside McDonald's at 2 am. The first visit ordered a... medium popcorn chicken that maybe had 3 pieces in the entire box that weren't fried wads of flour, missing items , & no burstingbubbles in drink This most recent time the person taking the order was playing over the intercom and making me repeat everyitem I said 3&4 times before saying they got it and when they'd review the order, they'd then read it back incorrectly again andkeep having repeat and get an attitude when I'd raise my voice (not disrespectfully) to where they could understand The carhopalso pocketed part of my change Read more
