A very large menu with all assortments and addons! They are featuring a tart cherry flavor add-in right now. I wanted to try... Banana Boat because it sounded absolutely divine but alas, they were out of the frozen yogurt used to make it so I settled for aCaribbean Way, which consists of strawberries and bananas blended with a nonfat yogurt. It was actually really good. They offer3 sizes for their smoothies. Lots of Smoothie King merch for sale, as well as various "health" chips and snacks. It was 8:50. They close at 9!! We pulled up at the drive through and the person started to talk to us but before we could order... it shut off. We went to the window and they ran to the kitchen to ignore us. We are very angry. We were trying to build muscleafter our workout. Read more
I like how now their smoothies are more healthy and more variety. I like you can choose what kind of sugar you want and also... choose if you want added sugar strawberries or natural strawberries as example. Some fruit you can choose if you prefer wildones with no sugar added. What i don't like is their app. It doesn't always function when you went delivery but recent with allthe fees for delivery, it's no reason to order. The fees alone are so high it's like you ordering the same thing again. I ordera smoothie that's 11$ but the fees also equal that much, so to me it's like I'm missing out on a smoothie so it's pointless touse until they figure out a better approach. Read more
I called the store phone for 20 mins from drive to Dothan from Rehobeth, it kept ringing until they left phone off hook. I... pulled up, they werent busy - they actually had 0 customers, but i couodnt call in my smoothie order, and had to wait. This urksme to no avail. The smoothie also sucked. Smoothies are great! But customer service is terrible. The male working the drive through made us repeat our order several... times, forgot to give half of it to us and we waited in the drive through at the window for over 15 minutes. Ridiculous. Noteven an apology when we finally got our last drink either. Read more
I walked in and ordered. The two ladies decided to make all the drive thru people?s orders first before mine. I asked why and... she said ?they make them in ordered received.?.....uh, dumb answer for someone who paid and and ordered and then waited andheard you taking all the orders on your headset after mine. I got mine last. After three cars ordered and got theirs. Justchoose the other smoothie king, the new one sucks. Read more
