I love Popeye's but it's hit or miss as to whether you're gonna get someone that's nice or rude, AND if they get your order... correct - ESPECIALLY if you order a frozen lemonade! How hard is it to understand that the difference between FROZEN LEMONADEand frozen STRAWBERRY LEMONADE!! They ALWAYS give me the strawberry and that's never what I ask for! Read more
I love the food but this particular location always has customers pulling away from the window and waiting for additional items.... However, when the staff brings out the food they are always courteous and apologetic. Read more
The worst Popeyes I've ever been to, window worker and manager which I was understanding was the general manager had way to... much attitude to be working a customer service job!! All I wanted was a cup of ice and no drink and they acted like the worldwas coming to a end!! I will not be back to this location!! Read more
It?s sad when you have to decide if you mind putting up with poor customer service. It?s even worse when you spend 12.99 for a... large 5 piece tender to be almost home and find out they only gave you a 3 piece. Service was slow and rude. During our order we were told to stop ordering in a very frustrating tone We were spoken to as if... they were upset that we were here ordering food and then after we get yelled at for not pulling up far enough. Customers aheadof us were frustrated and left without food. We finally received food only to find out that we were missing all of our sides andbiscuits along with a missing chicken sandwich. It's obvious that this type of work is either to difficult for the currentemployees or they need additional training. Read more
We have enjoyed this Popeyes. What is dishearting is the sides. The containers are only half full. Order a large side of ... mashed potatoes it will only be half full or less. This has happened to use 3 times. Chicken is great sides check them becausethey may only be have or quarter full. Chicken sandwiches are good. Service was great. Popeyes has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. They?re nuggets brought me back. But I have had 2 separate issues months... apart in the 2 times I have come to this location for lunch. The staff is kind but their customer service skills need some work.Will return for the nuggets, these things are delicious. Read more
Ordered a simple #1 Spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Was told to pull up and wait. At minute 20, I was told they had to cook... the filet and that it would be 2 more minutes of waiting. Needless to say, it took nearly 30 minutes to get an order. That?spretty ridiculous knowing there were no customers in front of me. I wouldn?t waste my time at this PopEyes. I?d rather spend mymoney at Guthries which is in the same area. Read more
