Store 33054 receipt 1344 shift manager Madison..short version went through drive -thru then was pulled to wait on food. Notice I... was missing a biscuit and gravy so I pulled back in the line mind you I have not left McDonald's since getting my food. Thecashier at the window was professional sincere and apologetic but the young ill-mannered shift manager Madison was not. She actas if I lied because she stated she package the food herself at this point I had enough so I said just refund me the item. Theypulled me again to wait on my refund but Madison decided to bring me out the item and was rude unprofessional and in need ofcustomer service training. She said she could not refund only one item that she would need my entire order back. I asked forcorporate phone number of course she lied and said the number was on the receipt. I know this generation is lost and only bout90% can count back change but do better. It wasn't about the refund or food at this point it was about her attitude. Told me they were no longer serving breakfast at 1022 and then told me they were out. So go over to Wendy's call them at... McDonald's and told me it was a miscommunication after waiting 10 mins in there line. Also they have they need correct change onthe window and they can only take credit cards is ridiculous. Read more

Morning times service is slow or just too many people ordering. If there is way too any I got to Wendy's next door and oder a... better breakfast. One that really looks like the menu. And there hasbrown fries or whatever they are called and top notch. Imight pay a couple $ more but it well worth it. Food from Wendy's in the morning seems like it is freshly cooked.
