This is the worst drive thru that I have ever been too. Every time I have been here the service is very bad and very very slow.... So tonight, my order was a big Mac with no pickles or onions and a 6 piece nugget. Now, I must say that the young lady that tookmy money was very pleasant and had a wonderful smile which was pleasant and I told her so. But we get to the second window whereno one came to for what seemed like forever. Also, there was a car that they had sent to the 3rd window ahead of us alreadywhich shows that they are already behind. Finally, a young lady opened the window and sent us to the #1 parking place for thosewho must wait and wait for 1 big Mac and 6 nuggets where we waited for another 7 or 8 minutes. When the young lady brought itout she said nothing to me and turned and walked away. I will not stop at this location or any of the others that they have inDothan. I do believe that training is absent in this organization. Very poor customer service at this place and if it is truehere I'm sure it is the same at the others. Now that I have went further having to answer the questions below I have one for thestupid person who set this up. What difference does it make on how much I spent. I visit this place quite often bc it's close and kids will be kids. But 8/10 when I order my meals it's going to be WRONG! And... only once did I have a manager who was willing to correct the issue. He was very polite and fixed it with no hesitation. Read more

Do not stop here. The line was long and when we got to the second window, they asked us to wait at the 3rd window. Ok, fine.... Then we watched as 5 cars passed us so I knocked on the window to ask to speak to someone and we were brought out our cold,bottom of the bag fries and chicken sandwich, with the chicken half the size of the bun and definitely from yesterday (seepic!). Absolutely one of the best burgers and fries I've ever had. Burger was fresh and hot, not drowning in condiments. The fries were... hot and lightly salted, so good. Had to wait bout 5 mins but was soooo worth it. Service was great and friendly. Hat off to allthe employees. Read more
